"I can't believe you did that, July," Trojie said. There was a hint of laughter to the older Boarder's voice as the girls walked away from the door.

July smirked. "Believe it."

Sara shrugged. "Sure, Pigeon deserved it, but hS sooo didn‘t need that."

"He was easier pickings than Tawaki," July pointed out.

As she said this a group of plovers flew past, followed by Tawaki, chasing the small birds with a net.

"Another newbie?" Trojie asked.

"YuukaKurokawa," Tawaki said, stopping for a moment. "At least, I think they‘re new. I don‘t recognize their username."

"Your plovers are getting away from you," Lee pointed out, as the birds in question began to round a corner.

"What? Oh kriff!" With that the birding Boarder ran off again.

There was a short pause.

"Well, this is a shipfic," July said after a moment. She regularly broke the fourth wall, regardless of which side of it she was on. "Shouldn‘t we be getting shippy?"

"Good point." Sara agreed. "Hey, Tawaki! Wait up, I‘ll help!" With that, Sara ran off following him.

July and Trojie looked at Lee expectantly.

Lee backed away, and crashed into the wall. "No. No way. You cheated, using that Lustin gas on Pigeon and hS."

The smaller girl began to scoot to the left, keeping her eyes on July and Trojie. "C‘mon, it‘d be totally consensual!" July said.

"You‘re mad!"

"So‘re you. And Trojie is too."

"Mad like a scientist," Trojie supplied.

Lee ran for it.

"Okay, so I suppose she possibly is saner than us," July admitted.

They heard the noise of two people run into each other from further down the corridor. The conversation carried well enough for Trojie and July to hear.

"Ow!"

"Eh? Sorry, Lee. Have you seen Trojie?"

"She‘s over there, being crazy with July."

"That‘s nothing new."

"Well, I‘m going to be going and watching Doctor Who now, away from July‘s insane tendencies."

"Oh?" From Trojie and July's position, that ‘Oh' sounded quite interested. "What series?"

"Three."

"I‘ll go with you then."

"Alright."

July and Trojie could hear the two walk away, the last of Pads and Lee being heard was a surprised, but rather pleased sounding "Eek!" on Lee's part.

"Totally didn‘t see that coming," July said, finally.

"Really?"

"No. I mean, they‘re both Doctor Who fans. I just thought Pads was gonna jump you first."

"I thought so too."
